Among the fascinating research conducted in the faculty, one can find:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Development of methods for producing drugs and food supplements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Controlled drug delivery systems for treating diseases, including cancer and diabetes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Development of optical sensors for detecting pathogenic bacteria in food and water<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Growing blood vessels and cardiac tissues for treating arterial blockages or following cardiac events<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Development of food enrichment systems for special populations without affecting taste and appearance<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Development of methods for efficient utilization of waste as a source of renewable energy<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Development of &#8220;green&#8221; disinfection methods to improve food safety<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Release of &#8220;beneficial&#8221; bacteria for various treatments<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The faculty features spacious classrooms, an advanced computer farm, and modern teaching laboratories. Among these is the only biological reactors laboratory in the country, which serves as the primary tool for growing engineered bacteria and cells. The laboratory includes state-of-the-art analytical and separation equipment to directly train students in this field. Additional research laboratories will enable the faculty&#8217;s expansion in the coming years.
