Study Requirements for Master’s Degree Program<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n


\nIn order to be awarded a Master\u2019s degree the student must:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

A. Meet the requirements of the courses<\/a> that are included in his\/her study program at a minimum GPA of 75, and with a grade of at least 65 in each course.<\/span>
\nB. Demonstrate the required knowledge of languages<\/a> (see article 26.06).<\/span>
\nC. Present a seminar lecture<\/a> on his work. In a research\/project option the lecture will be given not later than one month prior to the date of the submission of the research paper to the School. In a final-paper option, the Committee will determine the date and the way of fulfilling this requirement. The lecture will be properly advertised at the Technion (see article 29.03).<\/span>
\nD. Submit a thesis<\/a> on the research, the engineering project, or the final-paper (see article 29).<\/span>
\nE. Pass a defense examination<\/a> on the thesis.<\/span><\/p>\n

Articles C, D, E do not apply to students in the non-thesis option.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
