Faculty of Mathematics

The Faculty of Mathematics offers programs leading to Master and Doctor degrees.

MSc program

Students may choose either a research thesis or a final paper track, the latter consisting of a survey and interpretation of current literature on a specific topic.

Students holding an undergraduate degree other than Mathematics are required a higher number of credit points.

PhD program

The principal requirement is the completion of an original research thesis supervised by a faculty member. In addition, the student is required 10-12 credit points.
