Guidelines for Extension of the Submission Research topic/Proposal/Thesis Submission Date

Extension of the Research topic /Proposal Submission Date:

A reasoned request for extension must be submitted via Portal- My Thesis

Please note the request form should be signed by the student, advisor and the Vice Dean/Head of the Academic Unit’s Graduate Studies Committee.

Extension of the Thesis Submission Date:

The request must be submitted via  Portal- My Thesis

Scholarship Recipients who wish to submit a  request for extension of Thesis Submission date should submit a request for extension of scholarship period.

The document should include detailed explanations about the reasons for requesting the extension, and the timelines for graduation:

• Date of submitting the thesis to the supervisor:

• Date of the seminar

• Date of submitting the thesis to the Graduate School

The document should be approved and signed by your advisor and the Vice Dean/Head of the Academic Unit’s Graduate Studies Committee.

Please note that authorized extension of studies does not entail tuition waiver up to the date of submission of the thesis
