    The Aerospace Engineering Department at the Technion is a world-class academic hub for aeronautics and astronautics, dedicated to creating, expanding, and disseminating ideas and knowledge in aerospace sciences and engineering.

    Located in the heart of Israel’s leading technological institute, our Aerospace Engineering Department is dedicated to advancing the frontiers of aerospace engineering.     • Official and signed transcripts from previous academic degrees
    • Diplomas from previous academic degrees (see Registration for Studies Concurrent with an Additional Degree)
    • Ranking- If available
    • Candidates for a research track are required to indicate the name of the Advisor. Faculty advisors who agree to supervise must submit a letter of interest.
    • Recommendation letter from an academic source.
    • A research statement: The research statement is 1-2 page document meant to give the admissions committee an insight into your academic achievements and goals.  The document should give a concise summary of your academic background and your research interests and goals.  If you are in contact with a potential advisor, please also describe this interaction.
    • GRE test results- Criteria for exemption
    • Copy of your Passport

    • Applicants must be in contact with a potential advisor at the Technion. The advisor must submit a letter of interest supporting the student’s application.
    • 2 academic recommendation letters- one of which from the advisor of the master’s degree
    •  A 1-2 page research statement: This statement should summarize your research accomplishments and describe your research interests.
