Before you apply, please follow the next steps:

1. Please contact the GTIIT Graduate Studies team to evaluate whether you meet the requirements to the desired degree program:

2. You will have to find two advisors, one from GTIIT and one from the Technion
3. After your eligibility has been reviewed by the GTIIT team, you will receive an application link from the Graduate Studies Registration and Admission team at Technion
4. Application processing and review by the Graduate Studies Committee of the desired academic program. This process may take around 4-6 weeks to complete
5. Receiving acceptance or rejection letter from the Graduate Studies Registration and Admission Office

Ongoing Students and Graduation Process:

All relevant information about ongoing students and graduation process can be found under the “Student” tab in the Jacobs Graduate School website.

Studying at Technion campus, Israel:

• Master students must stay at least one semester in the Technion campus
• PhD students must stay at least two semesters in the Technion campus
• Students in the Direct PhD track must stay at least two semesters in the Technion campus in total (including the Master program)

Change of the arrival date to Technion campus in Israel:

If you wish to change the date of your arrival to Technion campus in Israel, you must read carefully and fill in the Change of Arrival date for GTIIT Students form:

Please note:

1. All changes to the original study plan are to be approved by the advisors, the department at Technion, the GTIIT authority and the Jacobs Graduate School.
2. Please fill out this form and submit it to the graduate studies coordinator in your department at Technion.
3. Please make sure to submit all requests for changes in the arrival date at least 3 months prior to the arrival, otherwise we will not be able to guarantee a room in the dormitories.
4. Please plan the dates of arrival and departure in accordance with the start and end of the semester (Fall: October-February, Spring: March-September).
