Form for Special Consideration for Parents of Young Children (Six graders and younger)

We are aware that some of our students are parents of young children, caring great economical
and parental responsibility due to the limitation of the education system during COVID.

To allow those students to continue their education and minimize the academic impact we
would like to offer some accommodations.

If you are a parent of a child in the six grade or under please fill the form bellow.
You will need to add the child’s documents (passport/id) to the form.
The forms will be approved by the Graduate Coordinator at your department,
and a permit will be issued to the students.

The students will be able to submit the permit to the teachers for the following accommodations:
1. Reduction in required work submissions (at least 20% reduction) and additional time for submission
(at least 50%).

2. Wavier of the attendance requirement (in person or on-line) - we are aware that it is very difficult to attend
classes while young children are at home. Therefor, parents may not attend class as required,
so long as they are able to learn the subject by themselves.
